Privacy
This site uses no cookies and has no trackers
This page explains which data passes through here, what it is used for and how to ask for it to be deleted.
Who is responsible for the data
Squad22 is the brand of 65.887.901 Alex da Silva Cortes, a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 65.887.901/0001-92, based in Araraquara, SP, Brazil. It is responsible for the data handled on this site.

What stays in your browser
One piece of information only: the theme you chose, light or dark. It is stored in your browser, it is not sent to us and it goes away when you clear the site's data.
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools.
Access logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any server, it records technical data for each visit, such as IP address, date, time and browser, to keep the site online and protected. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
When you talk to us
If you fill in the project form, chat with our agent or write to our email, we receive what you tell us: name, email, company and the description of what you need.
We use this data only to reply and, where it applies, to prepare a proposal. We do this because you asked us to get in touch.
The form runs on Tally. In the support agent, n8n automates the conversation and ChatGPT, by OpenAI, writes the replies. The one answering there is an artificial intelligence, not a person.
Tally, n8n and OpenAI process the data on our behalf and may store it outside your country.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising. Only the providers named on this page have access to it, and only to deliver their service.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact details for as long as the conversation or the project lasts. After that we keep only what the law requires and delete the rest. If you ask, we delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw a consent you have given. These rights come from the LGPD in Brazil and the GDPR in the European Union.
To use any of them, write to info@squad22.com.br. If you think we did not respond as we should, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
